Welcome! I’m Anastasia and I’m a full-time marketing professional residing in southern New Hampshire. At the core of what I do both professionally and personally are planning and execution. And when it comes to eating and exploration, I take that job very seriously.

In 28 years I’ve visited 7 countries, 17 U.S. States, and 1 U.S. territory– and the list is still growing. Finding fresh, creative foods, standout sights, and noteworthy activities where I travel to and where I live is my side hobby. And if you have the (un)fortunate pleasure of being my boyfriend, friend, or coworker, then you know that I’m always dropping pins into Google Maps or building up my next color-coded itinerary.

I created Scene Overheard so that all of the research, accidental discoveries, and word-of mouth recommendations that have contributed to some really stellar experiences can become a resource for others. Whether you’re teetering on booking your next vacation, or need a starting point for what to do when you get there, this info is intended to be a guide you can leverage.
